1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions:
The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
The item must not be damaged or used.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Exceptions:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return package.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
